The criteria includes being nominated by a co-worker for . . . demonstrating performance above and beyond normal job duties . . . consistently setting the standard for performance, motivation and enthusiasm . . . showing support for co-worker or customer . . . demonstrating leadership/role-model tendencies . . . demonstrating dedication and loyalty to the company spirit . . . coordinating a team effort for project completion . . . spreading goodwill throughout the company . . . performing some extraordinary task.
